ANAHATA - HEART CHAKRA CLASS

90 Min Class


The Sanskrit word Chakra literally translates to wheel or disk. This term refers to wheels of energy throughout the body. 

The fourth chakra is at the center of the seven chakras with three below and three above, it’s color is green, and the element is air. 
We will move through breathing exercises and flow with heart opening postures to stretch, strengthen, and expand your shoulders and chest, ending with meditation.


Be ready to let go of any heavy stuff you are carrying around, come without fear allowing yourself to move through yoga postures that will help you open up your heart and release what doesn’t serve you. 

THROAT CHAKRA CLASS

90 Min Class


How often have you regretted your words, not spoken up, or held your tongue?


The Throat chakra is the fifth chakra and its color is blue. Located at the center of the neck at the level of the throat, it is the passage of the energy between the lower parts of the body and the head.


Move through a flow of postures that include circular movements to free up your neck, jaw and upper back.

ROOT CHAKRA CLASS

90 Min Class


The root chakra (Muladhara) is the first chakra. Its located at the base of the spine, its color is red, and its element is earth. It’s associated with the feeling of safety and grounding. In this class, we will work from the ground up.

We begin laying down, moving into seated to kneeling postures, finishing strong with a standing flow. All this followed by a seated meditation.


Get ready to ground your self, find your roots and feel safe.

SOLAR PLEXUS CHAKRA CLASS

The Manipura Chakra resides 5cm above your navel; its color is bright yellow, and its element is fire.

This Chakra is the center of willpower, self-esteem, self-power, and action, it helps you transform what you wish into reality.

This practice will focus on the center of your body, allowing the belly and your thoracic area to find space releasing tension and then working on the strength to light the fire you have inside you.

We will start with breathing, then moving into our asana practice, finishing with a meditation.
